We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to join the Cold Atoms Group at the School of Physics & Astronomy, Nottingham, UK. Our group was founded as part of the Midlands Ultracold Atom Research Centre (MUARC), established in 2008. Our research is focused on atomchips and their use for a variety of quantum applications.

For an experimental research project on atomic ensemble based quantum memories and their use for quantum information processing, we are looking for an individual with expertise in cold-atom physics, quantum optics, or related areas.
