The University of Bristol Centre for Quantum Photonics wishes to appoint several post-doctoral research positions in the area of quantum photonics. The research focus of the group is at the boundary between the fundamentals of quantum optics and the engineering of new photonic quantum technologies. We are looking for individuals with expertise in integrated photonics and/or photonic quantum information science. You will have a PhD in engineering, physics, photonics or related discipline.

The Centre for Quantum Photonics is a world-leading research centre, developing future photonic quantum technologies and the fundamental science that underpins them. Research areas include: waveguide single photon sources, integrated photonic circuits, superconducting single photon detectors, and single spin-photon systems in diamond and quantum dots. Applications are focused on quantum communication, quantum sensing and quantum computing, including quantum simulations.

Deadline: Aug 24 (however, applications will be considered until the positions are filled).
