QUROPE Quantum Information Processing and Communication in Europe

Dear colleague,

 

I would like to inform you that a postdoc position has been opened in our group “Mathematics and Quantum Information”, at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. Our website is http://www.mat.ucm.es/imi/QI

 

The position, for 2 years, is within the consortium QUITEMAD (www.quitemad.org), which involves all other Quantum Information groups in Madrid. We look for candidates with a background in Mathematics, Quantum Information or Condensed Matter Physics, who share our research interests: Tensor Network States, quantum channels, Bell inequalities, communication complexity, etc.

 

The expected starting date is as soon as possible, and not later than 1 Jan 2012.
