DESCRIPTION (field, expectations, comments):

Two PhD student and one post-doc positions are announced for realization of the project of NCN (National Center for Science),
Application of braid groups in physics and in informatics (for 2D Hall systems explanation of composite fermion structure and geometry of information)
for the period 2012-2017 (two stages 2012-2015 and 2015-2017)

conditions for candidates:

• education – theoretical physics and/or mathematics/computer science,
• scientific degree – MSc (for PhD student position) PhD (for post-doc position) in close related discipline, theoretical physics of condensed matter with emphasizing of many body quantization or topology methods, mathematics in the area of algebraic topology,
• preferred experience in Hall system physics.
