Lectureship position in Theoretical Physics at the School of Physics and Astronomy, University of Leeds.

The School of Physics and Astronomy is a world-class research environment that excels in teaching, and is seeking to appoint an exceptional academic candidate in the area of Theoretical Physics to strengthen the Theoretical Physics Group and other already ongoing research activities within the School. Currently, we focus our research efforts on areas including Quantum Information Science, Biophysics and Bionanophysics, Condensed Matter Physics, Molecular and Nanoscale Physics, and Soft Matter Physics. Success in all of these areas requires a deeper theoretical understanding of physical systems and close collaborations with experimental groups, whenever appropriate.
