QuAMP 2013

Date:
2013-09-08 - 2013-09-12
Place:
Swansea, United Kingdom

The International Conference on Quantum, Atomic, Molecular and Plasma Physics is the première UK conference devoted to these areas of physics and in 2013 it will be hosted by Swansea University. QuAMP, which was founded in 2003 as a joint IOP/EPSRC initiative, now alternates between a Summer School format and an International Conference. In 2013 it will be the latter.

The meeting will commence in the evening of Sunday 8 Septemebr 2013 with registration and a welcome reception. Talks start at 9am on Monday morning and finish at noon at Thursday. In addition to the 15 invited talks there will be around 25 contributed talks chosen from the submitted abstracts. We plan a poster session in the early evening of Monday and an excursion to the Gower peninsula with a banquet on Wednesday.
