International School of Physics and Technology of Matter

The National Research Council (CNR) of Italy is organizing the 1st Summer School of Physics and Technology of Matter which will be held in Italy, Otranto, a very beautiful town on the east coast of the Salento peninsula, from 16 to 22 September, 2012. Directors of the School are Prof. Paolo Mataloni and Prof. Rosario Fazio (Scuola Normale Superiore, Pisa).

Aim of the School is to offer high level courses, seminars and internal discussions to PhD students and post doc researchers on the following subjects: coherence and superfluidity phenomena, quantum optical interference, laser physics, magnetism and spintronics, superconductivity, Bose-Einstein Condensation.
