We would like to draw your attention to an upcoming conference in Crete/Greece on the

FRONTIERS OF MATTER WAVE OPTICS (FOMO),

in the time between 6.-11th April 2010.

The conference will host a fine selection of current research, both from Europe and overseas, spanning the field from the foundations of physics to advanced matter wave applications. The conference is open to all modern matter wave research, also across interdisciplinary fields:

Coherence and decoherence studies with electrons, neutrons, atoms and large molecules interfacing with light optics, quantum optics, atomic physics, condensed matter physics, physical chemistry and nanotechnology.

There will be time and space for discussions as well as for contributed posters and presentations.

We are glad to be co-sponsored by the European Science Foundation (ESF) and the Center for Quantum Engineering and Space Time Research (QUEST), Hannover/Germany.

This allows us to also attribute a limited number of scholarships to outstanding students. Please consult our website for regularly updated information on the venue, the program and registration procedures.
