We are happy to announce the workshop „100 years of curved spacetime“ to be held 5 – 7 October 2015 at the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Vienna, Austria. The workshop aims to enhance synergies between researchers in experimental physics & theoretical physics, classical theory of relativity & quantum physics, and bring together well-established and upcoming young scientists.

The workshop webpage can be found at http://www.oeaw.ac.at/gravitation2015/scientific-workshop/program-outline/. Invited speakers are:

- Alessandra Buonanno, Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics, Potsdam, Germany

- Roberto Emparan, Universitat de Barcelona

- Renate Loll, Radboud University Nijmegen

- Roman Schnabel, Albert Einstein Institute Hannover

- William Unruh, University of British Columbia

- Richard Schoen, Stanford University

- Philip Stamp, University of British Columbia

- Clifford Will, University of Florida

Student participants are encouraged to submit poster presentations.

Please register for the workshop online at http://www.oeaw.ac.at/gravitation2015/scientific-workshop/registration/

The workshop is part of the larger program "Gravitation 2015" in Vienna which includes

- 1 Oct 2015: Festive opening

- 5 – 7 Oct 2015: Scientific Workshop (“100 years of curved space time”)
