Postdoctoral positions

At:
Quantum Research Center, TII
Deadline:
30 April, 2020

The Quantum Physics group directed by Prof. Luigi Amico at the Quantum Research Center, Technology Innovation Institute recently established in Abu Dhabi, (https://www.tii.ae/) is seeking well-qualified, highly motivated, and dynamic young scientists (post-docs). The research activity of the group will focus on quantum correlations in many-body theory, with specific applications to quantum gases confined in low dimensional structures, atomtronics, mesoscopic networks, and superconducting circuits.

Post-doctoral position in Theoretical Quantum Nanophotonics

At:
ICFO – The Institute of Photonic Sciences
Deadline:
11 January, 2021

ICFO is offering a postdoctoral position to a well-qualified, highly motivated and dynamic young scientist who wishes to enhance his/her scientific career in a friendly and stimulating environment.

The successful candidate will be joining the Theoretical Quantum Nanophotonics group led by Prof. Darrick Chang. The group investigates novel phenomena in quantum atom-light interactions, stemming from the confinement of light at the nanoscale. The project associated with this particular position will deal with the optical properties of atomic arrays.
